Our ticket creation pipeline into getsupport.atlassian.com (GSAC) will be temporarily down for maintenance on September 7th, 2019 from 17:00 UTC to 21:00 UTC.
During this time, customers can create support cases as normal at http://support.atlassian.com/ and reply to existing tickets by email, but may experience a delay of up to 30 minutes. Customers will receive email notifications when tickets have been updated/created successfully. Calls to the Premier and Priority Support phone numbers will go to voicemail for processing after maintenance is complete.
